Osteria del Notaro was established on 21 September 2006.
The location is the pleasant and relaxing village of Ceraso and the Cilento countryside.
The restaurant is run with passion and professionalism by Augusto Notaroberto, together with his wife Francesca and son Stefano.
In a warm and familiar environment, we discover a menu particularly linked to the territory, seasonality and km 0.

Here you can taste typical local products from the Slow Food presidia, caciocavallo cheese, mozzarella in mortella from Novi Velia, chickpeas from Cicerale, beans from Mandia, cacioricotta cheese from Cilento, and bruised olives.

our dishes
Among the Osteria’s signature dishes are fusilli and involtini (chops) with Cilento ragout, lagane and chickpeas, barks with porcini mushrooms and smoked provola, and ravioli with buffalo ricotta and borage.
The sea at the table features the renowned Pisciottana anchovies from Menaica, a Slow Food presidium, prepared in a variety of ways, marinated, soaked or married with cherry tomatoes and spaghetti.
The pizzeria menu offers a wide choice of pizzas, calzones and panuoddi. The dough, made from selected flours and sourdough, undergoes a slow maturation process of at least 48 hours.
Multi-grain dough pizzas are also available.

Dishes suitable for all types of food intolerance (such as lactose and nickel) are available on request.
